Authenticity
We understand that authenticity is one main concerns for collectors making a purchase of a timepiece online. With our experience and knowledge, each and every timepiece is authenticated and thoroughly inspected upon purchase and sale.
Guarantee
We guarantee that each and every of our timepiece has been checked and will only be shipped out if they are in fully working condition and functioning properly. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and the water resistance of the timepiece.
Payment
Our prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
The watch will only be shipped out to you when the payment has been received in full.
We only accept Bank Transfer for payment. We will provide our bank wire information upon purchase.
Shipping
All the watches are fully insured and shipped with International Priority shipping.
Keep in mind that Duties and Import Taxes to destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the shipment is lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim.
Return Policy
All the watches come with a 24-hour inspection period. If the watch received is not as described, contact us within 24-hour upon receipt.
The customer is responsible to return / ship the watch safely to us within 3-days upon agreement to return the watch.
Refunds will ONLY be issued after the watch is safely returned to us and has been fully inspected and confirmed that it is in the exact same condition to when it was purchased.
The refund will be made by bank transfer as soon as possible and no later than 14 days upon receipt of the returned watch.
