Jaeger LeCoultre, despite not being the first to introduce alarm wrist watch, perfected it and become the synonymous with the Memovox timepieces. The Memovox is adapted for different purposes, and one of the first few was designed for its dive watches. In 1959 Jaeger LeCoultre introduced the Deep Sea Alarm with a fixed bezel and alarm function for timing the dive.

Reissued as the Tribute to Deep Sea Alarm in 2011 with a case 1mm larger than the original at 40.5mm, the details of the Deep Sea Alarm is faithful to the original. Including the fixed bezel, usage of the Plexiglas and design of the engraved solid case back.

This European Edition has a very clean looking and highly legible dial with only “Jaeger LeCoultre” branding minimalistically printed at 12. It is made as a 959 piece Limited Edition.

The Tribute to Deep Sea Alarm is powered by a high grade automatic movement Cal. 956. It has two crowns, the one on top at 2 to wind and set the alarm and the one at the bottom at 4 to wind and set the time.
