This is an extremely rare limited edition made to commemorate the opening of the Patek Philippe boutique by Pisa Orologeria in Milan in 2008. Produced in both white gold and rose gold and each was limited to 25 pieces.
It features a two-tone silver dial with applied Breguet numerals and an eye catching red 5-minute marker and second hand.
The 5296 is powered by the workhorse Cal. 324 SC that can be seen through the display case back that has a special inscription “2008
