Sold under Gross Margin Scheme
A highly coveted and iconic model in modern Panerai. The PAM249 was introduced in 2006 and it is up to today still one of the most faithful reissue Panerai.
It is reissue of one of the earliest Panerai made in the 1930s, reference 3646, with a 47mm stainless steel Radiomir case paired with the distinctive “California” dial with blued steel hands. The California dial is highly distinct for its unique combination of Roman numerals in the top half and Arabic numerals in the bottom half with stick markers and triangle at 12.
The California dial was first produced by Rolex in the 1930s, for some of their Bubbleback watches and the dive watch they manufactured for Panerai.
The PAM249 is powered by the Cal. OP X that is designed to mimic the original Rolex Cortebert movement used by the vintage Panerai in the 1930s-1950s.
