In 2021, Maxmilian Busser introduced a timepiece under a sub-brand called the M.A.D. Editions with concept similar to MB&F however at a much more accessible price point.
The M.A.D.1S was introduced in 2024 with one major improvement over the original M.A.D.1, a much slimmer profile at 15mm compared to the 19mm of the predecessor.
The slimmer profile came at a cost, the minute indicator cylinder has to be sacrificed and the hour cylinder has a 15 minute increment for easier time reading.
The M.A.D.1S is now powered by the La Joux-Perret G101 movement from Switzerland.
The M.A.D.1S come in two different version, one with blue color way that is available to the public and this one with purple color way that is only available for “Friends & Tribe”, that is the associate of the brand and owners as well as the existing MB&F owners.

The watch is in unworn with no sign of wear. The movement runs and functions well at the time of testing.
