Sold under Gross Margin Scheme
The Bulgari Octo Finissimo, first released in 2017, has been one of the most exciting model to follow as they have been breaking records for the thinnest movement with different complications. The design derived from Gerald Genta’s Octo and now with ultra thin case and integrated bracelet.
Cased in its extremely light sandblasted titanium case with integrated bracelet measuring 40mm in diameter with an impressive thickness just over 5mm.
Introduced in 2019, this Octo Finissimo is a limited edition with a dial conceived by the highly regarded Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who is well known for his Japanese brutalism design. It is made as a 200 piece limited edition, sold exclusively in Japan.
The dial is based on simple geometry to create an unusually distinctive dial, with a spiral motif that emanates from the seconds hand, creating the effect of a wave rippling across the dial. It is printed in black lacquer and in his signature minimalist style, the dial is entirely devoid of indices, numerals and logo.
Powering the Octo Finissimo is the Cal. BVL 138 Self-Winding with an impressive 2.23mm thickness featuring a platinum micro-rotor.
