The reference 25730 is a neo-vintage midsize Royal Oak dual time introduced in the early 1990s. It is intended to be Audemars Piguet’s version of a practical luxury sports watch made for a frequent traveler.
It measures at 36mm in diameter with 10mm thick profile in Stainless Steel with the distinct port-hole design with an octagonal bezel with exposed screws, and integrated bracelet with two center links.
The dial layout is asymmetrical with a power reserve indicator on the upper left part of the dial and date indicator on the upper right part of the dial. And it displays the second time zone at 6 and small day/night indicator right next to it. It has a vibrant cobalt blue lacquered dial known as the “Yves Klein Blue” - named after a French artist Yves Klein who patented the color pigment.
Powering the watch is the Cal. 2229/2845 self-winding movement based on the JLC 889 ebauche.

The watch is in very good condition with some sign of wear. The movement runs and functions well at the time of testing.
