The F.P. Journe Chronometre Souverain is a simple, time only hand-wound watch with power reserve indicator. It has been around since 2005, and in the very year also won the GPHG prize for best men’s watch. And over the years there have been many different variations.
This is the classic Chronometre Souverain measuring at 40mm in diameter with a slim 8mm profile in Platinum. It is paired with a whitened guilloche silver dial with an asymmetrical layout featuring a sub second indicator between 7-8 and a power reserve indicator at 3.
The Cal. 1304 movement is inspired by 19th century Marine Chronometers with its base plate and bridges crafted in 18K Rose Gold.
