The Reverso was born in 1931, designed to withstand polo matches of British Army officers in India, recognizable with its rectangular reversible case with art-deco aesthetic.
Introduced in 2017, the Reverso Tribute Moon is a contemporary Reverso with modern size and styling inspired by the past. It measures a contemporary size at 49.7 × 29.9 mm with a case thickness of 10.9 mm in 18k Rose Gold.
The dial is Art-Deco inspired just as the original one from the 1930s. It has a grained finish silver opaline dial with polished faceted indexes paired with a set of dauphine hands. There are two window displaying day of the week and month . It also features a moon phase indicator framed by a date indicator just at 6 o’clock.
On the reverse side it has a grey dial with Clous de Paris pattern displaying the second timezone as well as a day/night indicator.
Powering the Tribute Moon is the Cal. 853A Hand Wound movement with 42 hours power reserve.
