The Daymatic was introduced in 2010 and it is the self-winding version of the iconic Lange 1. It is made as the mirror image of the original Lange 1 with the elements on the dial are placed on the opposite side.

The Lange 1 Daymatic has a larger size at 39.5mm with 10.4mm thick case in 18K White Gold. And it features the usual three part with a brushed case band.

This reference 320.028 has a blue dial and it was produced for a short period of time between 2017-2020. The main dial for the time display is now placed on the right half of the dial, and on the other half is the big date, sub second indicator and the retrograde date display. It features luminous hour marker with a set of luminous hands.

Powering the Daymatic is the Cal. L021.1 self-winding movement consisting of 426 parts with elaborate finish on each and every part. It has a more traditional construction as opposed to the three-quarter sized rotor of the Sax-O-Mat movement. The rotor is made of gold, relief-engraved with a Platinum rim for winding efficiency.
