Debuted in 1997, the Aquanaut is a casual sports watch on a rubber strap with a case design that is derived from the Nautilus. It was aimed for younger clientele that wants a true Patek Philippe quality in a sports watch.
In 2007, to commemorate Aquanaut’s 10th anniversary, Patek Philippe introduced the reference 5167 the modern Aquanaut in Stainless Steel and followed up with the Rose Gold model 2 years later.
The Aquanaut measures 40.8mm with a slim 8.1mm profile in 18K Rose Gold. It is paired with a dark brown composite strap with pattern harmonious with the dial.
The dial is sunburst brown with black-gradient trim embossed with a grenade pattern. It has a traditional date window at 3.
It is powered with the Cal. 26-330 S C Self-Winding movement with 45 hours power reserve.
