Established in 2012 in Shenzhen, China, Behrens has been known to create timepieces with unusual ways of expressing the time mechanically. In the year 2020, their “Rotary” and “Apolar” were nominated for the GPHG award.
In 2023 Behrens introduced the Ultra-Light 11G and 20G. As the name suggests it is an ultra-light weight watch, the 11G weighing 11 grams with its case made of diamond-coated carbon fiber ; and the 20g weighing 20 grams with its case made of a more traditional material, Grade-5 Titanium.
The case is asymmetrical trapezoidal shaped measuring at 42.6mm x 38.2mm with an impressive ultra-thin profile at just over 5mm. The case is curved making it fits better on the wrist.
Contributing to the extra thin profile is the fact that the BM02 movement and the case are integrated. The whole movement is visible on the dial side and the time is displayed with a pair of retrograde hands showing the hour on the bottom left and minute on the bottom right.

The watch is in mint condition with some minor sign of wear. The movement runs and functions well at the time of testing.
