Introduced in 2006, the Panerai PAM233, for the first time with the first in-house movement Cal. P.2002 that features an 8 days power reserve with the iconic linear indicator on the dial, with date window at 3, day/night indicator at 9 as well as GMT hand indicating second timezone.
The PAM233 has a 44mm 1950 style case in stainless steel with a domed sapphire crystal.
The example we have here is an early series with a more stylized dot indicator instead of the newer am/pm indicator, giving it a cleaner overall look.

The watch is in very good condition with some sign of wear. The movement runs and functions well at the time of testing.
