Designed by Gerald Genta, the Nautilus is iconic and distinctive with the rounded octagonal shape bezel with the ingenious porthole case construction and its horizontally embossed dial.

The 5726A was launched in 2010 and it has an Annual Calendar complication, that is highly useful for everyday wear. Annual Calendar complication was invented by Patek Philippe in 1996, it needs to only be adjusted once a year at the end of February.

The dial is black/grey gradient with a symmetrical layout, and has the day and month window on the top section of the dial, date window at 6 and its moon phase and 24 hour indicator at the bottom center portion of the dial.

It is powered by Patek Philippe Cal. 324 S QA LU 24H self-winding movement.
